Having moved in a week ago, I've found the unit to be incredibly spacious and love the cool amenities. The staff, especially Rebecca, made the process and transition exceptionally smooth. While the parking spots are limited due to an egregious amount of reserved spaces, the additional parking in a neighboring deck makes up for it. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience!

Boy did they lie to me! I specifically asked if they had an issue with controlling pets using the bathroom around the property and they told me NO! I’ve seen dog poop and smelled cat piss every day that I’ve lived here. And it will stay there for days sometimes WEEKS! So, If you love the smell of cat piss and seeing dog vomit and dog poop everyday then this is the PERFECT place. And I am not exaggerating by any means when I say EVERY DAY. Every hallway is filled with pet droppings and management does nothing but sends emails. You think they would add cameras and fine people with all the complaints they get. We pay way too much to be living In these conditions. Imagine how we feel when we have guests smh. Despicable!

I’m still in the process of moving in, but their sales associate Nikeia is a-maze-ING!! From the moment I requested a tour via a third party app, she contacted me within 5 minutes. I was in town for only a few days and she was able to schedule a tour for me the same day I requested a quote. The complex is beautiful and they seem to be finishing up some really cool amenities. The courtyard view is serene and aesthetically pleasing. Nikeia has streamlined the process for me by sending me comprehensive yet concise emails explaining what documents I needed and how certain promotions work. Knowing that I am in Brooklyn, NY, Nikeia took the time to send pics and video walk throughs of different units (because the color of the cabinets differ depending on the floor your unit is on). She’s made this interstate move so much easier! I will be moving in within a week and will be sure to update this review. As for now, I’m totally excited to move in the Broadstone Ridge. I’d say schedule a tour and see how you like it. So far so good! Disclaimer **No this isn’t an employee of the company I’m a real person...from Flatbush Brooklyn ((New Yorker accent)) Lol just thought I’d throw that in there. 🔸Addendum: I have now lived at Broadstone Ridge for 6 weeks and I must say it has been a pleasure. The gym is now opened and it’s 24 hours. I like that because we all have different schedules and now can exercise when it suits us best. Although I do not pay the $50 monthly for a reserved parking space in the garage, I’m still able to get the same 2 or 3 spaces every evening. The tenants here are very pleasant, the staff is always in great spirits and grounds are kept very clean. I did have an issue with some of my USPS parcels getting put in a locked room, (usually reserved for larger Amazon/Fedex/UPS packages) but the staff was able to open the room for me and find my item. I had an issue with my water not being hot enough and it was fixed by the time I came home the following evening. I’ve only been here a month but I must say I am enjoying my time here @ Broadstone Ridge. I’ll give a 90 day review next, so stay tuned! 😃

Update: I'm glad to finally get a response from the management team after an unanswered call/email. I'll be reaching out. I moved out of this property in August of 2023 and am still awaiting my full deposit and reimbursement for the utility bill that was over $100 higher than usual due to a broken air conditioner. It made my quality of life horrible last Summer.

The people in the leasing office are great, very nice and very helpful and maintenance staff is the same way. However, it seems like half of the stuff here just doesn’t work properly. My garbage disposal has broken multiple times, dishwasher didn’t work for a while and still doesn’t dry but at this point they’ve tried to fix it 3 times. There’s not nearly enough parking in the resident deck so if you come in after 5 on a weekday you’re probably going to have to park in the overflow deck. The door to one of the elevator lobbies picks and chooses when it actually wants to work and recently there have been issues with the elevator itself not working either it seems. And when it does work there is a loud banging noise that makes it sound like the elevator is about to break. Recently residents have also been letting their dogs use the bathroom in the hallways and elevators which isn’t the complex’s fault but it is something you have to deal with as a resident that is quite annoying and gross. Also, I know apartments in the area are expensive but the prices here are kinda insane, especially considering all these things. The apartment 2 minutes down the street is cheaper for a 2 bedroom than it is here for a one bedroom which is pretty crazy.
